How we work with your data team

You own the pipeline. We own the scrapers.

  1. 1
    Step 1

    You give us sources

URLs, the fields you need, how often. No tooling, no specs document — a list is enough.

  2. 2
    Step 2

We build and run the scrapers

Anti-bot, proxies, logins where allowed, schema checks, monitoring. Hundreds of sites in production, run every day.

  3. 3
    Step 3

    Data lands where you work

S3, GCS, BigQuery, Postgres, Sheets or a webhook. Fixed schema, versioned, deduplicated.

  4. 4
    Step 4

    We keep it running

Sites change; we fix it. Daily one-line update in your tracker, weekly report, 30-day fix window.

Questions

Web scraping services, answered.

What does a web scraping service actually do?

You name the website and the fields you want (say, product name, price, stock). We write and run the scraper, deal with blocks and logins where allowed, check the data for gaps and duplicates, and deliver it in the format you use. You never touch a tool.

How much does web scraping cost?

One-off projects start at $500 per site and depend on how protected the site is and how much data you need. Recurring runs are quoted monthly. A dedicated engineer is $2,500 a month. You get a fixed price within 24 hours of sending the site.

Is web scraping legal?

Collecting publicly available data is legal in most jurisdictions when done responsibly. We scrape public pages only, review each site's terms and robots.txt, keep request rates polite, and never bypass logins or paywalls. If a job looks wrong, we say no.

Can you scrape JavaScript-heavy sites and apps?

Yes. Single-page apps, infinite scroll, mobile app APIs and sites behind Cloudflare, Akamai, DataDome or PerimeterX are the bulk of our work. That is why the first step is a 24-hour scope: we tell you what the site uses and whether it is doable.

Can you get data from behind a login?

Only with an account you own and where the site's terms allow automation. We use your credentials for your account, never shared or scraped logins.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe the data in plain words, approve a sample, and receive files or a feed. If your team prefers an API or a database table, we deliver that instead.

Can I get the data in Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. CSV and Google Sheets are the most common deliveries. We also write to S3, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Postgres or a webhook.

What kinds of data can you collect?

Anything shown publicly on a page: product listings and prices, reviews, job postings, business directories, real-estate listings, court and public records, news articles, PDFs and catalogues.

Scraping tool or managed service — which do I need?

A tool is cheaper if the site is simple and you have someone to babysit it. A managed service makes sense when the site blocks bots, the schema matters, or you need it to keep working next month without thinking about it.

How fresh is the data?

As fresh as you schedule it: one-off, daily, weekly or on demand. Every run is checked for row-count changes and empty fields before delivery, and breaks are fixed within the 30-day window.

Your engineers build pipelines. Ours feed them.

Send us the sites. A scraper replies within 24 hours with a plan and a price.
