Dataset example

Business contact data from public directories and listings

Company names, categories, locations, websites and publicly listed contact details, scraped from directories, maps and marketplaces into one deduplicated list.

Lead lists are one of the most common datasets we build: every business of a certain type in a set of cities, with the details those businesses publish about themselves. Sources are public directories, map listings, industry registers, marketplaces and the companies' own websites. We collect only what is publicly posted, deduplicate across sources, verify that websites resolve and emails are well-formed, and hand you a list ready for your CRM. Consumer personal data is out of scope.

In detail

How it works

01

Sources we typically pull from

Google Maps and other map listings, Yelp-style directories, Clutch and similar B2B registers, trade association member lists, marketplaces such as Upwork for agency profiles, job boards for hiring signals, and company websites for their public contact pages.

02

Fields and enrichment

Name, category, address, phone, website, public email, social links, rating and review count, opening hours and the date the listing was last seen. We can add firmographic hints such as employee range or technologies detected on the site where that is public.

03

Deduplication and verification

The same business appears on several sites with slightly different names. We merge records on domain and normalised address, keep the source identifiers, check that websites load and flag disposable or role-based email addresses so you can filter them.

04

What we leave out

No scraping of personal profiles behind a login, no guessing of email addresses, no purchased lists mixed in. If a directory's terms forbid extraction we tell you during scoping and look for an alternative public source that covers the same businesses.

Questions

About lead generation data

Is this GDPR compliant?

We collect business information that companies publish publicly and exclude personal profiles and anything behind a login. How you contact those businesses is governed by the rules in your market, and we are happy to drop fields you do not want.

How accurate are the emails?

Only emails printed on a public page are included, never guessed or pattern-generated. We check syntax and domain resolution; deliverability testing is something you run on your side or we add as an option.

Can you filter by location or category?

Yes. Most lead jobs are defined exactly that way: category, city list and a minimum rating or review count. Filters are applied at scrape time so you only pay for rows you want.

How much does a lead list cost?

From $500 for a single source and region. Multi-source lists with deduplication and enrichment are quoted on the number of records and sources, with a sample delivered first.
